This fingerpicking solo guitar video was a request from one of my students who want to learn this song. I’ve recorded it so you can easily see both hands and what I’m doing in each.
I composed this song in memory of an older friend of mine Matthew Garrity who died at age 92.

Hey Tomas. Received ur very kind video re. The last teardrop. On the address u supplied to get this wonderful song I can only view how to play g chord. I think it is wonderful u have responded so promptly to my request for this tune. U can imagine my abject disappointment not to be able to view this. U have written one of the most touching pieces of music to be heard. Can you help so I can view this. I have much of ur music from I tunes. Regards. Will
